Analog Inference SDK End User License Agreement
Developing applications that run on Analog Inference hardware may require you to use the Analog Inference Software Development Kit ("AI SDK"). Use of the AI SDK is subject to an End User License Agreement ("EULA"), the terms of which you must agree to prior to using the software. The provisions of the EULA are updated periodically, and the latest copy is included in the distribution package of the AI SDK. The current EULA may be received upon request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The EULA has several provisions with which you must make yourself familiar. One is especially important, and we include it here for emphasis. You are advised that product performance estimates generated by the AI SDK may only be used by you to evaluate suitability of Analog Inference products for your application. You may share the results internally to your organization, but you may not publish the results, or use them for any sort of public benchmark comparisons of Analog Inference products.
The AI SDK includes components that are provided by or licensed from 3rd parties. These components may include license compliance provisions and copyright notices that apply to your use of the AI SDK. To assist you in understanding any obligations under this, please visit the 3rd Party Software Licenses page for a current listing of these components and their licensing/usage provisions.
