We protect our IP through various mechanisms including patents, trade secrets and copyrights. We correspondingly honor IP ownership of others and comply with all terms of use and license requirements.

Vishal has been leading teams creating ground-breaking technology in  analog/slc/mlc/tlc/qlc non-volatile memory, associative memory compute architectures for network processors, analog & in-memory compute processors for AI, at such companies as Micron, Fast-Chip, Information Storage Devices, SST/Microchip, and National Semiconductor. He has successfully built product lines with over billion dollars in revenue. Vishal holds over 100 patents, an MSEE from University of Michigan and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Product Terms Of Use & Restricted Uses

Analog Inference products have certain limitations in scope of use, applications, export limits and transfer restrictions. You may receive a current copy of these terms on request via email to sales@analog-inference.com.

Analog Inference SDK End User License Agreement

Developing applications that run on Analog Inference hardware may require you to use the Analog Inference Software Development Kit ("AI SDK"). Use of the AI SDK is subject to an End User License Agreement ("EULA"), the terms of which you must agree to prior to using the software. The provisions of the EULA are updated periodically, and the latest copy is included in the distribution package of the AI SDK. The current EULA may be received upon request to sales@analog-inference.com.

The EULA has several provisions with which you must make yourself familiar. One is especially important, and we include it here for emphasis. You are advised that product performance estimates generated by the AI SDK may only be used by you to evaluate suitability of Analog Inference products for your application. You may share the results internally to your organization, but you may not publish the results, or use them for any sort of public benchmark comparisons of Analog Inference products.

The AI SDK includes components that are provided by or licensed from 3rd parties. These components may include license compliance provisions and copyright notices that apply to your use of the AI SDK.
